We are delighted to have you join us. At EORTV OTT, we offer complete creative freedom to de- velop an outstanding show. During the project creation phase, EORTV OTT will not interfere with your execution. Our team will not visit your set or meet with the producer or production team. However, the quality of the project must meet the platform's standards.

Project Award Process
1. Tender Basis: Each project will be awarded based on a tender process. Preference will be given to the producer who submits the best talent in their tender, including actors, directors, cinematographers, editors, art directors, creative directors, costume stylists/designers, and overall production quality.

2. Talent Options: You may include up to 5 options for each talent role in your tender submis- sion.

3. Advance Payment: An advance of 20% of the project budget will be provided, subject to conditions. A bank guarantee is required for the approved funds.

Responsibilities and Requirements
1. Production Issues: Address any issues that arise during or before the show's creation that may impact the project's timeline or quality.

2. Pre-Show Submissions: Before starting the show, provide EORTV OTT with the tone, look test, costume, and location to prevent any future confusion.

3. Quality Check: After submission, the show will undergo a quality check. The QC report will be provided within 15 days. If satisfactory, payment will be made within 60 days. If not, you will need to make necessary corrections, and payment will be made within 60 days after QC approval.

4. Compliance: All parties must adhere to the terms outlined in this agreement. Non-compli- ance with any term may affect the project's progress and payment.
