For the purposes mentioned in the following paragraph “Why it is being collected” we collect the following categories of personal data when you register on our website/apps, participate in our surveys/ competitions or subscribe to our newsletters, alerts or other services via third party public data that you have already put on to the public domain such as Facebook and Google or what you insert as data on prompt on the website/apps such as your name’, ‘email ID’ or photographs.

EORTV is a an OTT app and we do not save your personal data in our server. According to Facebook policy, we have to provide User Data Deletion Callback URL or Data Deletion Instructions URL. When You Create Your EORTV Account Using Facebook, We Take Your Public Name And Public Email ID If It Is Available.

If you want to delete your activities for EORTV, you can remove your information by following these steps:

1. Go to your Facebook Account’s Setting & Privacy. Click “Settings”

2. Look for “Apps and Websites” and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.

We collect information about you and your use of our service, your interactions with us and our advertising, as well as information regarding your computer or other device used to access our service (such as smart TVs, mobile devices, tablets, and certain streaming devices). i. Activities on the EORTV such as type of content, watch history, search queries etc.

e. *Note: The IP address that we collect automatically is used for transaction/billing purpose for availing EORTV subscription. Basis the IP address we also capture the geo location from where the user is trying to access content. This information is further used internally for taxation purpose to identify the geo location (country), the user has availed services from.
f. In addition to the use stated above, we identify and use Your IP address to help diagnose any problems with our server, and to administer the error. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information to customize your experience on the EORTV.
Inferred Information through usage and log data
g. We may track certain information about you based upon your behaviour on EORTV. We use this information for conducting internal research on our users' demographics, devices, interests, and behaviour to better understand, protect and serve our users. This information is compiled and analysed on an aggregated basis.

If you link, connect or login through the Company account with a third-party service i.e. Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc. they may collect that information that they send us such as your registration and profile information. Below mentioned are the information that may get collected through social platforms such as: Facebook - Public information, Name , Email id, friend lists; Google - Email id; Twitter - Email id, twitter handle, read tweets from your timeline and see who the user is following.
l. Billing Information: EORTV uses third party payment gateway partners to process and facilitate the payment of your subscription fee for providing you access to the subscription. Based on Your purchase of a subscription package, our payment gateway partners collect information with respect to your credit/debit cards or other bank account details along with your billing address. This information is stored by our payment gateway partners. . Please note that the Company does not directly collect any financial information such as credit card or debit card or banking details from you. Such payment gateway partners are not controlled by us. When you visit such payment gateways you do so at your own choice and risk. These payment gateways may have their own privacy policies in place, which we recommend you review thoroughly. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for such payment gateways, the content of such payment gateways and their privacy practices, nor do we endorse them. Company shall not be liable, accountable or responsible for Your Personal Information, Sensitive Personal Data and Financial Information which you provide to these payment gateways.
Auto renewal Subscription
m. When you chose any subscription or paid service, we or our payment gateway provider may collect your purchase, address or billing information, including your credit card number and expiration date etc. However when you order using an in-app purchase option, same are handled by such platform providers. The subscriptions on EORTV may be on auto renewal mode unless cancelled. If at any point you do not wish to auto-renew your subscription, you may cancel your subscription before the end of the subscription term. We do not capture/store any personal payment information with us.
n. We use information to provide, analyse, administer, enhance and personalize our service and marketing efforts, to process your registration, your orders, payments, and to communicate with you related to below mentioned points. For example, we use information to determine your general geographic location, provide localized content, provide you with customized and personalized viewing recommendations for movies and TV shows we think will be of interest to you, determine your Internet Service Provider (ISP), and help us quickly and efficiently respond to inquiries and requests.
o. By signing up, you agree to receive marketing communication via different channels. You can change your preference anytime by going to preference management.

l. Billing Information: EORTV uses third party payment gateway partners to process and facilitate the payment of your subscription fee for providing you access to the subscription. Based on Your purchase of a subscription package, our payment gateway partners collect information with respect to your credit/debit cards or other bank account details along with your billing address. This information is stored by our payment gateway partners. . Please note that the Company does not directly collect any financial information such as credit card or debit card or banking details from you. Such payment gateway partners are not controlled by us. When you visit such payment gateways you do so at your own choice and risk. These payment gateways may have their own privacy policies in place, which we recommend you review thoroughly. Auto renewal Subscription
m. When you chose any subscription or paid service, we or our payment gateway provider may collect your purchase, address or billing information, including your credit card number and expiration date etc. However when you order using an in-app purchase option, same are handled by such platform providers. The subscriptions on EORTV may be on auto renewal mode unless cancelled. If at any point you do not wish to auto-renew your subscription, you may cancel your subscription before the end of the subscription term. We do not capture/store any personal payment information with us.

We use information to provide, analyse, administer, enhance and personalize our service and marketing efforts, to process your registration, your orders, payments, and to communicate with you related to below mentioned points. 1. Collect information about a user, including a user's activity, interests, demographic information, or location, to create or edit a user profile for use in personalised advertising.
2. Combine this information with other information previously collected, including from across websites and apps, to create or edit a user profile for use in personalised advertising.
Measure ad performance
To measure ad performance vendors can:
1. Measure whether and how ads were delivered to and interacted with by a user
2. Provide reporting about ads including their effectiveness and performance
3. Provide reporting about users who interacted with ads using data observed during the course of the user's interaction with that ad
4. Provide reporting to publishers about the ads displayed on their property
5. Measure whether an ad is serving in a suitable editorial environment (brand-safe) context
6. Determine the percentage of the ad that had the opportunity to be seen and the duration of that opportunity
7. Combine this information with other information previously collected, including from across websites and apps
Vendors cannot:
1. Apply panel- or similarly-derived audience insights data to ad measurement data without a Legal Basis to apply market research to generate audience insights (Purpose 9)

Apply market research to generate audience insights
To apply market research to generate audience insights vendors can:
1. Provide aggregate reporting to advertisers or their representatives about the audiences reached by their ads, through panel-based and similarly derived insights.
2. Provide aggregate reporting to publishers about the audiences that were served or interacted with content and/or ads on their property by applying panel-based and similarly derived insights.
3. Associate offline data with an online user for the purposes of market research to generate audience insights if vendors have declared to match and combine offline data sources (Feature 1)
4. Combine this information with other information previously collected including from across websites and apps.
Vendors cannot:
1. Measure the performance and effectiveness of ads that a specific user was served or interacted with, without a Legal Basis to measure ad performance.

To deliver information and respond to technical requests vendors can:
1. Use a user’s IP address to deliver an ad over the internet
2. Respond to a user’s interaction with an ad by sending the user to a landing page

5. Use information about the device type and capabilities for delivering ads or content, for example, to deliver the right size ad creative or video file in a format supported by the device
